I know, I know, I keep saying it, but I am having so much fun on the Art of wild abandonment workshop by Junelle and Christy. They are both such inspiring teachers, and the group is fantastic (talented, inspiring, and so supportive of each other).
I’m only about half way through the projects from the first week, but have had such a giggle doing them. I love sketching again, and have taken away some really great ideas from the course already. I especially love the way Junelle combines prompts and thumbnail sketches to create a kind of visual mind-map. That idea alone has made the course worth it for me. I’m thumbnail sketching like a crazy person any chance I get now and have come up with so many new journal ideas from doing that. Love it, love it, love it.
